Shipping
    We have waived all delivery and shipping costs to all of our customers who live in the UK. Please contact us for details.
    We aim to dispatch orders within 2 weeks of the item being in stock but please allow 4 weeks for delivery just in case. In most cases the items on the site are currently held in stock unless otherwise specified. You will be notified by email if there is any variation on this. Items will be delivered to the address specified on the order. Please note that at this time we can only accept orders paid in sterling for delivery to the UK. Once the order has been confirmed you will automatically receive notification by email. You will then be contacted by us to discuss delivery arrangements.

    Once a delivery date has been set please ensure that someone will be there to receive the goods. Please make a note of the date in your diary, as changes later on will cause delays and may result in extra cost. We will send you an email confirming your delivery slot. If required our delivery crew will call you en-route to give you a precise arrival time. All furniture will be delivered to the room of your choice and assembled, all furniture will be unpacked and the packaging removed. Please inspect the goods thoroughly before accepting delivery and providing a signature for receipt.
    Returns and Refunds
      We try at all times to please our customers. However, if you are not happy with a product, please notify us within 5 days and either return the goods to: Stylish Living, Uxbridge Road, Rake, London W3 9RH or we will charge you the cost of collection (£45). Items will be refunded or exchanged. Post and Package costs are not refundable. We are not responsible for return postage or packages that do not reach us. Please ask at the Post office for a free certificate of postage.
      In the event of the goods being faulty, we will need to see the goods and following inspection, if it is faulty, we will cover all costs for postage and either refund or exchange of goods.
      All items returned to us must be received in a re-saleable condition and in its original packaging within 28 days. If collection of an item of assembled furniture is required, we will charge you the cost of collection (£45). Regrettably, self assembly furniture cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed, unless the item is deemed faulty. Divans, duvets, pillow products and mattresses are non-returnable once unwrapped, unless they are faulty. This is for reasons of health and hygiene. Your statutory rights are not affected.
      Please allow us at least 2 weeks to process your refund.
